Many people who are at risk of homelessness lack independent living skills like basic budgeting, household management, career skills or an education. Person to Person staff along with dozens of volunteers help families and individuals develop stronger independent living skills.
Our individualized approach enables us to assist people in identifying, focusing on and achieving specific goals that help them achieve self-sufficiency. The key to the process is the involvement of families, volunteers, occupational therapists and advocates. Once a plan is developed, these close relationships remain strong as individuals progress.
